Delicious imperfection
Homemade cinnamon rolls with walnuts and maple icing.
Made for sweet Sunday. I like baking on Sundays, as an active meditation, a prayer for a week of work to be rewarded. These were made with a cobbler-type dough, so although I think they could have been prettier, there were delish!
First, the prep...Time in the kitchen, alone with thoughts and memories to share later...

I would have loved to smell the pleasing aroma of the dough as it was baking, and to share one with you (or more, if you'd allow me, since I am a piglette as you know!) ♥
